Diva Challenge #257
Guest artist: Amy Broady
Challenge: "Oooh Shiny" - Use something shiny in your Zentangle
Tangles used:
Flux, Mooka, Tipple - all Zentangle originals
I've dabbled (and sometimes still do) in a lot of crafts. This inspiration come from using pewter to decorate. In stead of pewter I've used tin foil, but the "artist" quality - not the foil that we use in the kitchen. I've used my pewter stylus to draw the tangles and glued the finished piece on a piece of coloured paper (black did not do it for me). I personally think that it did not come out so bad and it also did not scan badly.
It is a niece piece of work, uncomplicated and I like the special effect of the shine on the tile.
ReplyDeleteDis uitstekend en iets anders. Baie mooi, Susan.
ReplyDeleteI think "not bad" is a bit of an understatement. It's lovely. i really have to try using my parchment craft embossing tools on foil to see how they turn out. Thanks for the inspiration.
ReplyDeleteThis is absolutely amazing! Such a nice combinaton of Flux and Mooka with Tipple as background - it works so well!
